What type of properties do you manage?

Dow Realty specializes in the management of multi-family apartment buildings, office buildings and industrial properties.

How am I going to be informed about what is going on with my property?

We provide clients with direct access to information about their property via our software system - AppFolio®. There you can obtain real time data regarding rent collection, bill payment, tenant communications and other pertinent information.

What should be included in a property management contract?

The agreement should be tailored to the needs of the property owner – not a cookie cutter contract. In other words, you should be able to clearly see a statement of the responsibilities of the property management company and that your desires are covered. Dow Realty customizes each agreement according to the wishes of the client.

How do you screen prospective tenants?

All prospective tenants over the age of 18 must submit an application to Dow Realty and are screened for their credit score, financial history, and criminal background.
