This website is solely owned and operated by Dow Realty Company, with hosting services provided by wpengine.com.  We only have access to/collect the personal information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.  If you provide us with another person’s information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to do so and have that person’s full consent to do so. We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request.  Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

Third Party Vendors and Services

Our services are enhanced by leveraging third party services and platforms to maximize time, budgets and overall client and team resources. (ie: WordPress, thrive themes, wpengine.com., buildout.com, AppFolio, CREXI and LoopNet property listing services, zapier, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google My Business, Facebook, LinkedIn, Bing Webmaster Tools, etc.). We also use Akismet, a spam comment filtering service. We may use additional third party services and platforms such as Constant Contact and/or Active Campaign in the future. We also post links to other websites that we believe will be helpful to you, such as to the CCIM Institute and various State of Connecticut government sites. We are not responsible for the content and privacy policies of these third parties.  Please refer to their individual Terms of Service and Privacy Policy statements to better understand how they collect and use your data.

Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.
