crumbl Franchise Retail Leases – Milford, Manchester & West Hartford, CT

We represented a franchisee of crumbl Cookie as they entered the CT market.  We located three prime, high traffic, retail locations throughout the state.  Store locations and spaces had to meet crumbl’s demanding technical requirements, both from a demographic and space use standpoint.  All three stores had to be located and leases completed within a tight time frame.
